👻 The Knock No One Answers After

 Midnight 👻

In the heart of a quiet village stood an old, crumbling house —

abandoned for over three decades. 🏚️

Children were warned to stay away. Elders spoke in hushed tones.

The house wasn’t just haunted — it was cursed.

They said, after midnight, a strange knock echoes from the inside of the house.

But no one lives there.

If you stand near the door at 12:00 a.m.,

you’ll hear a whisper…

a soft, trembling voice asking:

"Come in... are you there?" 🌙

Many heard it.

Few dared to respond.

None ever entered —

Except one.

The Boy Who Didn't Listen

Rashed was 22, brave, curious… and foolish.

He didn’t believe in ghosts, curses, or village tales.

To him, the stories were just myths meant to scare people.

So one night, on a dare from his friends,

he walked to the house — alone — just before midnight. 🕛

The wind was unusually still. The crickets had gone silent.

Even the air around the house felt colder.

But Rashed walked up to the door and stood silently.

Tick. Tock. Midnight.

Suddenly—

Knock... Knock...

The sound came from inside.

Then… the whisper:

"Come in... are you there?"

He laughed nervously. “Hello? Anyone here?”

No reply.

So he turned the old handle.

The door creaked open. 🚪

Dust. Darkness. Silence.

He stepped inside.

The Voice Behind Him

The room was completely empty.

No furniture. No movement. Just cold air.

He took one step forward.

Then two.

Suddenly, the door slammed shut behind him!

He spun around—nothing.

No one was there.

But then—

from right behind his ear—

a whisper:

"You are not alone... I am here."

His legs froze.

Heart racing.

He couldn't scream.

He couldn't breathe.

Then came the breathing... not his own.

It was slow… deep… and coming from the corner of the room.

He ran.

Somehow, the door opened again, and he stumbled out into the night,

screaming and shaking.

Since That Night…

Rashed survived. But he was never the same.

He wouldn’t talk about what he saw.

He moved out of the village a week later.

Refused to sleep in silence.

Refused to be alone.

The house still stands.

Silent. Still. Waiting.

But now, no one dares go near it.

Not even out of curiosity.

Because they all know—

If you stand by the door at midnight…

You’ll hear the knock.

You’ll hear the voice.

And if you answer...

You may not come back.

💀 Would you go near the door?

📌 True story or just legend? Who knows…
